2. Products & Usage Disclaimer
Our products include laser safety eyewear, laser components, and accessories intended for professional, industrial, medical, research, and educational use.
Customers are responsible for verifying technical compatibility, wavelength range, optical density (OD), standards (EN 207/208, ANSI Z136, IEC 60825, etc.) before placing an order.
Vionek.tech is not liable for misuse, incorrect selection, or improper application of products.
Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are exclusive of applicable GST, customs duties, shipping, and handling charges, unless explicitly mentioned.
Full payment must be received before order processing.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Orders are considered confirmed only after payment is received.
Once an order enters processing, customization, branding, or shipment, it cannot be cancelled.
Customized or branded products (including logo printing) are non-cancellable.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to manufacturing, logistics, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
Vionek.tech is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, designs, and branding, is the intellectual property of Vionek.tech and may not be copied or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited strictly to the invoice value of the product supplied.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including business loss or injury due to misuse.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra courts.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Vionek.tech, we deal in specialized and safety-critical laser products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return / No Refund – General Policy
Returns or refunds are NOT accepted for:
Customized or branded products
Imported items
Laser safety eyewear
Optical components
Made-to-order or special procurement items
Products ordered incorrectly by the customer
2. Eligible Cases for Replacement Only
Replacement may be considered only under the following conditions:
Product received is physically damaged during transit
Product received is manufacturing defective
Conditions:
Unboxing video is mandatory (clear and continuous)
Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused and in original packaging
3. Replacement Process
1. Email us at info@vionek.tech with:
Order ID
Issue description
Photos/videos (including unboxing video)
2. Our technical team will review the claim.
3. If approved, replacement will be shipped (no cash refund).
4. Refund Policy
No cash, bank, UPI, or card refunds are provided once the order is confirmed.
In rare cases where refund is approved (sole discretion of Vionek.tech), it may be issued as:
Store credit, or
Adjustment against future orders
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Replacement shipping costs may apply depending on the case.
