We process all orders within 1–2 Business days(excluding Sundays and public Holidays). Delivery times typically range from 6–7 business days depending on your location.

We offer pan-India shipping via trusted courier partners.

Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped.

Delivery delays may occur during high demand or unforeseen situations.

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier company FedEx for reliable and secure deliveries across India.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered DTDC/ Delhivery. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company. Vionek.tech is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

In case of any delay due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances, our team will inform you promptly via email or phone.

Within India, 5-6 days

For international orders,  7–8business days (subject to customs clearance)

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is applicable for all prepaid orders within India unless specified otherwise.

For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment’s progress on our logistics partner’s website.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. No additional delivery charges will be applied at checkout.

Cancellations & Refund Policy 

We at Vionek.tech strive to provide you with the best quality laser safety eyewear and accessories. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

To cancel, please email us at info@vionek.tech with your order ID.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

1. The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

2. The product delivered is different from what was ordered.

3. The product is out of stock and we cannot fulfill your order.

Non-Refundable Cases:

Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Customized or special-order products are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
